Privacy policy

SR Aurora LMS ("the Service"), operated by SR Aurora Tech, processes account and learning data on behalf of the organizations that use the platform. This page summarizes our data-handling practices.

Data we process

• Account details you provide: name, email, and password (stored only as a hash).
• Organization data: membership, roles, courses, enrollments, progress, quiz results, and certificates.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment transaction references processed by SSLCommerz. We never store card numbers.
• Operational logs and audit records used to secure and administer the Service.

How data is used

• To provide the Service: authentication, course delivery, assessments, certification, and billing.
• To send transactional email (verification, invitations, receipts).
• To produce reports for your organization's administrators and instructors.

Tenant isolation

Organization data is scoped to your tenant. Members of one organization cannot access another organization's data. Platform-level access is restricted to authorized platform administrators and is audit-logged.
